FAQ’s

Can I customise my order? D

Absolutely! Whether you want to remove sour cream, guac or add an extra serving of meat, our menu is customisable and all our products are made-to-order!

Does Taco Bell offer food that is made with no gluten containing ingredients? D

Since everything at Taco Bell is made-to-order, it’s easy to customise many items to fit your lifestyle. As all our food is prepared in our kitchen with food that contains gluten, we do not recommend any of our products or gluten friendly substituted products for customers with coeliac disease. For the entire list of Taco Bell ingredients, as well as our complete list of menu information on food allergies and sensitivities, please visit our allergen information page here, or visit one of our restaurants and speak to our friendly team members!

Does Taco Bell offer vegetarian friendly options? D

Yes, all items ordered at Taco Bell are able to be made vegetarian-friendly by some type of substitution or removal. Our Mexican seasoned rice and Black Beans are both vegetarian and vegan-friendly. You can customize almost any item on our menu by replacing meat with beans!

I have specific food allergies. What can I eat at Taco Bell? D

Taco Bell recognises that a number of our customers may be sensitive to certain allergen groups. We have developed an Allergens Guide to advise to the foods at Taco Bell which may contain certain allergens, to assist guests in making an informed meal choice when they dine.

To view this guide, please visit our allergen information page here.

Although we have this guide, Taco Bell cannot guarantee that any food is 100% free of any allergen, due to the nature of fresh food preparation. Our restaurants are fast-paced and small environments, and whilst our staff take great care and pride in our preparation, due to the nature of fresh restaurant operations, it is possible that some cross-mixing of ingredients can occur within the common environments. The risk is low if you can tolerate small amounts, however we advise customers with extreme sensitivities to seek medical advice about cross contamination.

Is Taco Bell Halal? D

Whilst the meat suppliers we use may be Halal registered, we do not specifically purchase halal certified meat, and are therefore unable to guarantee that meats supplied to us are halal. Our beef products are supplied by Top Cut Meats, our pork is supplied by OSI and our chicken is supplied by Inghams.

Where can I find your nutritional information? D

Currently we do not have nutritional data available for our menu items. To provide our guests with the most accurate information we need to produce our products in the restaurant over time for testing. We certainly recognise the importance of nutrition and being able to provide our guests with the best information to make their dining choices. We will make this information available as soon as we can.

What kind of food does Taco Bell offer? D

Our menu consists of a range of Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Nachos and more. All of our products are available with a wide variety of familiar and tasty ingredients including our delicious meats and vegetarian alternative:

  • Seasoned Beef
  • Steak
  • Chicken
  • Pork Carnitas
  • Black Beans

With the exception of our slow cooked pork carnitas, our meats are cooked fresh in our restaurant throughout the day.
